Henry County, the Republicans are attempting to hijack our democratic election. This week, in a shocking turn of events, Jack Redlinger, the lone Republican candidate for sheriff, publicly endorsed Cornell Madison—a convicted pimp—as the Democratic candidate for sheriff.

This underhanded tactic is aimed at convincing Republicans to pull a Democratic ballot, undermining the integrity of our election.

As of May 16, there have been 9,450 early votes cast.


2,794 Republican ballots were pulled


6,656 Democrats ballots were pulled


703 Republicans pulled a democratic ballot (10.5 percent of the 6,656) 

This is very high!!


This is blatant election manipulation, and we will not stand for it!

The real scheme, which pathetically points back to Madison, is that the Republicans only want Madison to win to fulfill Redlinger's agenda. Their plan is to install Madison as Chief Deputy and Marion Calhoun—who currently has a restraining order against her for threatening the current County Chair—as County Chair. This raises the question: what are the Republicans truly after?
